Whatever you have been through, or are going through, you have a right to find peace, enjoy your relationships, and create a life you love. Whether you are an adult feeling lost or stuck, a young person struggling to find your way, or a parent desperate to find help for your child, I am here to help you explore solutions and get back on track. My role is to be your mirror, guide, and anchor, as we clarify your goals and navigate your path toward them together. I want to help you build upon your strengths so that you can become confident and resilient in managing your life and its challenges.
I came to this field because I wanted to help people achieve powerful, meaningful transformation in their lives. I received my counseling degree from Cal State Fullerton and have worked in a variety of clinical settings since 2014, including private practice, non-profit, a youth crisis shelter, and a community clinic. This has allowed me to gain a broad understanding of how mental health issues can impact people of all ages and from all walks of life. I also hold a BA in Theater Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MA in Acting from the Mountview Academy in London, England.
As a person of multiracial and multicultural identity, I proudly embrace diversity in my practice and enjoy working with clients of varying backgrounds, ethnicities, orientations, and cultures. I am passionate about social justice and work hard to create a safe, welcoming environment for all people. I have extensive experience treating teens and young adults. I approach treatment from a foundation of relational-cultural, existential, cognitive-behavioral, and family systems models. With my clinical certifications, I am able to tailor treatment for each client as an individual with unique experiences and needs. I look forward learning about your situation and discussing what you want out of therapy and how I can help.
